Designed to educate the public and elected officials about our voting system, this forum was organized to provide the panelists with an opportunity to discuss voter registration issues, voter disenfranchisement and suppression, ensuring the accuracy of the vote count, national lessons learned and the impact of the Help America Vote Act. The forum was held Saturday, March 18th, 2006 at the First Universalist Church, 3400 Dupont Avenue South, Minneapolis.
