Delaware

Notes:

While Delaware has an election statute that refers to an "audit," this law pertains to the number of voters who participated in the election, and is a reconciliation of the voter logs, and not an audit of votes cast.

See the Delaware Code, Chapter 75, Municipal Elections, Section 7558, "Election results; recounts; contests."

Types of Voting Machines in Use:
DREs Delaware uses only direct-recording electronic machines (DREs) without a voter-verified paper audit trail (VVPAT), with the exception of absentee and provisional ballots.
